What are your payment methods?
We have 3 different payment methods. Online secure payment by debit card, payment by deposite and payment at the start of the tour.
Is Online Payment Safe?
Your online payments are protected by an SSL certificate and you can make hassle-free payments with the 3D payment method.
Will I pay the price I see?
Yes. You will pay the price you see on the payment screen.
Can I take more than one tour?
Yes. To purchase more than one tour, you can make a reservation by adding the tour you want to your cart.
What payments do you accept?
In addition to payment methods such as debit card, credit card and money order, you can pay at the start of the tour.
Is there installment for credit card?
Depending on your bank, installments are available with many banks. Please check beforehand.
Can I pay later?
After your reservation is made, you can pay at the start of the tour.
Can I Cancel a Tour?
Yes. You can cancel your tour whenever you want.
Can I get a refund in case of tour cancellation?
Yes, you can get your payment back without interruption in case of tour cancellation.24 hours befores, and depend on your tour reservation.
Do tour prices include entrance tickets?
We offer packages for many tours including tickets and transfers. But we still have some alternative tours. Please check the tour programs for this.
Are you billing?
Yes, we are official agents and we issue invoices.
